Benefits of Eating with your Family

Did you know that a study at Harvard Medical School discovered that children who ate with their families 4 times a week were 15 percent less likely to be overweight?

    I guess there are a lot of variables to that study. It assumes their home-cooked meals are balanced and nutritious which we know is not always so. However, I do believe they could be happier and feel better connected.
